Default can paint crack because of too much vibration?

for example, the way i cut my fender (i'll post pictures tomorrow) it causes the edge of the fender to vibrate alot. can the paint crack on the fender because of the vibration of the bike?

yeah, they re-enforced it where the cuts where made but as you know Harleys vibrate like hell. it's tough for you guys to really understand cause i don't have any pictures yet. i'll post some tomorrow and maybe one of you guys will have a suggestion.

is there anything i can put on the paint to keep it from cracking further?

i'll post some pics tomorrow so you can take a look at it. the crack is very, very faint, it might even be a surface scratch. i have to take it to those clowns at the stealer to look at it.

i'm really getting tired of dealing with mishaps on this f...ing bike
