'Ya, that's true as well. I had a brand new one installed and drove 650 miles from Chicago to Gatlinburg, and there was still a little pink left, but for the mostpart it looked like the one above. I got caught in a rainstorm, so I re-charged it just to be safe.
Not to hijack the thread, but that filter looks like it needs to be re-oiled to me. How many miles on it since the last re-charge?
your right jeff.georgalas its about due for a recharge, I do run open but its winter now so thats 1 of the things i will do in spring when its time to ride.
