I just bought a '06 Deluxe. Every Deluxe i have seen has the wings on the tank. Mine says Harley Davidson in chrome..Has anyone seen this or has the previous owner made a emblem change? Either way I kinda like it better than the wings. Just wondering............

 

Probably changed them out.

EDIT: After looking at the pic of your bike, there's been a lot changed compared to stock.

 

Those are not the stock badges. That is for sure.

 

I think they might be Road King badges.

 

They're either off of an '04-'07 FLHRS(I) Road King Custom or an FLHX Street Glide. I can't see'em good enough in the pic of your bike.

 

They are off a Road King...I know must of the bolt on stuff is different but what do you notice?? I have had Dynas in the past, this is my first soft tail.

I don't ever remember those on Road Kings. They were on Street Glides for sure.

 

Pipes are different, whitewalls are gone, grips are different, chrome swingarm and axle covers, different passenger pegs, crash bar added, with highway pegs, air cleaner insert, looks like eyebrows on the driving lights, and maybe smoked lenses on the front turn signals (though that might just be the angle), and then the emblems.

 

2004-2007 (only years they were made) Road King Customs.
