Default Part# and where to find Crossbones oil tank?

I'm going to have some custom paint done for my bike and want to buy an oil tank for my 09' Crossbones to send out for custom paint. Anyone know the part#, or where I can find the part#, or find the oil tank for a good price?

Try the local dealer. Any oil tank from any softail with a 200 rear tire will work. Try sleazbay for a cheap price.

HD pubishes a seperate book for part numbers. It wouldn't be in the service manual. They'd be cutting their own throat then. You know....Break it all down to get the last penny from the customer.

The part number for a 2008 Cross Bones oil tank is 62492-00B, I don't believe it changed for the 2009's.

The bikes all use the same oil tank 2000 plus regardless of the rear tire size. Hope this helps!
