Running Commander II tires on mine now for 2500 miles. The bike handles like a completely different machine!!! Less rolling resistance MUCH quicker on the lean in and switch backs!!!! grip in the rain or dry is the same or better than the 407/408f stockers that are worn out every 5000 miles. At 2500 the tires still look like new front and rear so I know wear is better already and no loss in grip and better handling to boot!!!! I am sold on them!!! BTW we even rode in hail 2 days ago and tires did great

Okay I'm on page 197 and it's taking me forever to read through all these posts.
Took the riders edge course in January and passed. Wasn't sure how I would do with being short and having no upper body strength. Just decided one day I wanted to get a Harley. Sat on every bike in the store and just could not get over how good the Lo felt. Pretty good for a 46 year old Grandma!
Now I thought my bike was perfect. Love the way it sparkles in the sun. (I know must be a girl thing) Now after going through all these posts and seeing pics I want to change a lot of things. I'm not mechanically inclined so will have to pay someone to do the work but that's okay.
Just want to say I've learned so much in the last week going through these pages.
Thanks to all and keep posting pics!

rojuwi, I can't say from experience and someone can correct me on this but I don't think a deluxe fender would be a straight swap. The front tire on the deluxe is a 90 vs our 140. It might mount up but I'm thinking our fatter tire would rub or just not allow it to mount at all. Having said that I have no experience doing this kind of mod. Aftermarket would probably be the only way to go on this. On another note. Are Lo's still cool if a Grandma is riding one? Just kidding. Welcome aboard Tammy
