My last major project was upgrading the exhaust and a/c, but for the holidays I had the time and scratch together to add Apes! Here are a couple of pictures. The bike is riding so tough, I really like the direction the bike has gone. What do ya think?

Looking good. I would think about relocating the turn signals. That would clean up the bars a lot.

Well, I will have to learn how to do that, but it sounds like a strong suggestion. Maybe put em by the forks?

Don't ever let me near a dremel tool with an engraving bit again.. this was just an experiment.. i was trying my hand at pinstriping and free handing, too.. then i got bored and went with engraving

the more i look at it, the more i hate it.. it looks better in person and i cleaned it up somewhat, but i think I may just fabricate some flat piece of metal and paint it flat black or something.. sounds like more fun.

Looks good mate! Personally I like the direction your heading... Maybe a chopped rear fender and lose the reflectors? Just my .02

I've thought about relocating the turn signals myself. However, I don't like them on the forks nor do I want the auxilary light set up. I originally looked at bars with built in LED turn indicators, but didn't want to give up the fork lock. I'm also considering a removable fairing so I might just go the HD LED mirror set up despite what some think on this forum. The mirrors are currently on back order locally. I'm also considering Kuryukin's new LED mirror stems which are going to be released in March 2013. Downside is black will not be available, so like the HD LED V-Rod stems, they will need to be powdercoated or painted. Unlike HD stems, however, there will probably be more mirror options.

I moved to these turn signals. They bolt onto the front fork cover up top. Looks really good. Ill try and get some pictures.

Nice, those are on my list as possibilities.
