I would like to buy a lil joes vest, but not sure if the 200-300 price is worth it. Has anyhone bought one of these vests from leaterup.com?

We have a couple of them. They are decent replacements for the price. Though they tend to run a tad on the small and short side. So order at LEAST 1 size larger than your normal vest. Just remember they are not a Lil Joes vest and never will be. They need a lot of break in so be prepared to have a fairly stiff vest for a while. They would be really great if you could get a +3" like a Joes vest. Personally I would save my money and get the real thing or get the Joes look a likes that are in the $175 range. Something like this http://www.hardcorebikersupplies.com...LINEDVEST.html. Up to you and what you can afford.

I bought a jacket for my wife. WE pulled it out of the box and put it back in the box and shipped it back. Looked like plastic. Didnt even try it on.
