Default Alloy art rear turn signals question

I am in the process of purchasing the alloy art fender strut mount signals for my '06 NT(pm'ed Dr. V Twin for price) and I read that someone wired them to also work as brake light.

What's involved in that set up? I am also switching out the bobtail fender and replacing with a fatboy fender that I'm going to cut down. Add side mount plate and I'm good.

Thanks in advance.

I'm using this from Biketronics, works very well, you get running lights, brake lights and turn signal function. It's plug n play too!

Just connect the proper wires, sorry, I don't know what they are off the top of my head.

Just a thought, the AA strut signals are supposed to 'blend in', I think this will take away from that look if they're always on as running lights.

It plugs in series with the wiring connector that feeds the rear lights, the connector is under the seat on late model softails, takes all of about 5 minutes to install.

Biketronics has a few different modules, one that only adds the brake light function.

Thanks for the input good point about the running lights. I checked into the BT 400 tailstopper. Do these work as load equalizers as well?

Thanks again,

Jargon
