Since the problem didn't start until you changed wheels, I would check brake disc
alignment in the caliper and then make sure the brake disc is centered in the caliper.
Ask me how I know this.
I just changed the rear wheels on my '10 Wide Glide and my '11 Street Bob. I made sure
the brake disc was centered and aligned, no problems at all.
I buy mostly Harley wheels. In the directions to install the axle sleeve and bearings, you
need to start on what they call the "primary side" which is the sprocket side on the rear
Harley wheels. If you do not, the wheel will be out of alignment. Again, ask me how I know.
