Default A couple of Fatboy Lo Questions

Hi everyone, picked up a Fatboy Lo a few months ago. my 4th Harley and loving the new bike.

Not a lot of mods so far - added some black 1.75 Rush slip-ons, the 4" HD risers, black levers, relo kit and detachable backrest and a windshield for longer trips.

Had a couple of questions for other FB riders, I ride the mountains a lot and was wondering if I can swap out the shorter FB LO shocks for standard FB ones to get a little more clearance without any modification (I think it brings the bike up an inch? or so)

Also, mixed feelings about the satin engine covers - would a set of earlier nighttrain covers fit on a 2011 or do I need to see my powdercoater?

Finally - my sig pic of my FBL shows up under my user CP but not here, do you have to have a certain number of posts for your sig to be visible?

Thanks!

The stock shocks will go in without trouble. Look in the classifieds here or ebay. Lots of people going with air rides so they are selling good used ones cheap.

I don't think that's it and I did set my edit settings from advanced to standard.

The pic shows up just fine on the sig edit page and fits the specs listed on the CP-sig page.

I think something else must be going on..maybe I don't have enough posts to show a sig pic?

Cool, I know a lot of folks like lower shocks with standard FBs so I could probably work up a trade with my shorties if they're compatible .

Appreciate it.
