Didn't originally like it but I've really warmed up to the Deuce. Actually thought about buying a used SE version a couple of years back but the dealer wanted an outrageous price for it. Don't know what they were thinking when they replaced it with the Rocker. Maybe the powers that be at Harley are asking themselves the same question about now.
I guess I'm in the minority, but I have never been able to stomach the Deuce. From the oddball front forks to the absolutely GHASTLY fender (WHO DESIGNED THAT AND WERE THEY HIGH ON PEYOTE?!) to that horrendous rear wheel... a dude right down the street from me has one and... MADONNE MIA, is it... odd.
And Rockers (with a Heartland kit) are beautiful. Not sure why everyone's so down on them. They, IMO, eat the Blackline for breakfast.
The main reason I bought my Deuce was the style & looks. It has a very distinctive look like no other Harley. I am always getting compliments on mine. Have seen only two in 4 years in my area.
