Are those extensions with your mini-footboards?

Thanks, I like but not enough to take off what I have, spend on and replace. I always ride Solo or I would though. Now that I am thinking about it though I think those would look better with the chrome side mount tear drop took box's. When I get those mounted I will have to see then, thanks for the pics.

Opencaliber,

I believe those are some type of extension, these were on with the original foot pegs???

Pic is deceiving but it puts the passengers feet at the same distance out as the rider footboards.

I just installed these the other day. They won't stay up. I put them up, go for a ride and they're down when I get back. Any ideas?

I just replaced the stock pegs with these minis on my '10 Fattie..they are just what I was looking for..a little effort required to fold all the way up,but use and a little WD will cure it...may even keep her foot from melting ...lol...curing that one too...putting on the Propipe Chrome 2-1 this weekend

Mine look great but weren't easy at all to install. The instructions sucked and partially because I no longer have shotgun pipes (I have true duals) installing them required peg relocator brackets, additional bolts (not included in the relocator or footboard kit), a special 2" deep T-45 bit to get the stock footpeg bolt out, etc. The stock pivot pins and spring spacers were totally inadequate and the footboards would just fall down on their own. I had to replace the pins with bolts and torque them down pretty good to provide enough resistance for them to actually stay up. I've bolted all kinds of stuff on to this bike and these were far and away the least well thought out piece of kit that I've bought from the MoCo.

Also, I think there are different mini-footboard kits from Harley, and different people on here are talking about different versions. Mine are part number 50500109, are called the "4 inch Mini Footboard Kit", can be found on HD's website at this link, and look like this...
