Awesome. Yeah I put 8" risers on mine and barely had enough cable left. So I'm prepared to change out the cables. I'll probably only go up to 10s too. My buddy had 14s on his FXD and it's nuts. Looks good though

I love the look of the tbars, no one has em up here.

Look into the stinger windshield. It's in the pic below. Kinda gives that fairing look your looking for. I am kinda doing the same thing.. This screen doesn't come with the correct hardware for fxst's. Check out my post about installing. Super easy mod to make it work perfectly.... No shaving.

Default Club(-ish) Style Night Train

This is my '02 FXSTB Murder-Train.
I like the "club style" Dynas and FXRs (if you have only seen that style on SOA, you've probably only been riding since '07. It's an established west-coast style of bike.) But let's face it, it is the "it" style right now. I like to be one-off from what everyone else is doing.

-Did minimal pull back, 14" apes instead of T-Bars
-Bags and chick-catcher with luggage rack (for long rally's)
-Mag Wheels (no tubes or truing)
-Exhaust and Intake ( 2-into-1 is better, but I like my V&H Short Shots)
-Hand Guards (protect wind, rain, from rocks slung up in tight pack riding)
-Night Rod Headlight Fairing. (Cause it looks cool, and it holds my gloves)
-Black Powder coat on most chrome surfaces
-Red Powder coat highlights (covers and axle caps)
-Hot-Rod Black Paint
-95" Kit.
-Thunder-Slide CV upgrade.
-SE 254 Cams

Didn't know clubs had a certain required style. Must be a TV thing.

You can put mids on a softail. Stick around long enough and you'll see it.

Joebotics just did it on his Blackline.

I'll be next with my rocker
