AHH,

how different is the handling with the skinny front tire, instead of the OEM fat one? The Dyna, I had, came with a skinny 19" and it wallowed and changed directions unexpectedly at speeds over 65 mph. Just curious how it is working for you... tomp dd50

FWIW, it looks great, sir. tp

Thanks dirtdreamer! Handling is a lot better with the SS and racetechs, bike feels planted and tight, stock felt a bit squishy until a hard bump came along. Tried hard to knock her offline on some fwy grooves and couldn't feel a thing, just stayed where I wanted her; no fighting with it.

Haven't been on the site in a while. Nice to see the Slims are still looking killer.

Keep up the good work, homies.

That looks as great as I thought it would T. Nice work.

Did you have to touch up paint or do any fender work?

Thanks, taken awhile to get 'er back together (other stuff happening)

Hehheheh! oh yeah! I wanted to ride it this season, so I said f-it.
I had my buddy powdercoat the whole rear fender. It matches pretty well.
This winter I'll get the body work done - you can see the welds & one place
shunk a bit so it really does need a pro to make it look right....

I'm happy with it for now though.

thanks,

T.
