Hogdeluxe MIA & Kiss My Cash Goodbye?
Once again I left a message wondering where my 4 month order is. Good thing it's only over $200 worth of bib and toolbag. I am just going to write it off as a loss and move on to another company.
I know this has been brought up a few times in the past year of Hogdeluxe's brutal customer service. And if they cried the blues about they need every cent they can make to their customers asking for their money back....that's complete bullcrap!!! 4+ months of backorders means business is good....or something else happened.
Now I ask, when was the last time someone called and picked up the phone? And how the he'll do they take orders?
I got money down that they are out of business now and are taking donations

Such a shame when their product is so good.
Chewed the inside of my mouth out waiting for my bags last year.
Bags good, service crap.
... and yup, I too got the virus from their website - a darn site faster than my bags!!

I have a set of their bags on order with 1/2 of total cost already paid. I made a couple calls and left messages but received no return call when checking on the status of my order. On the third try to contact them I talked to the son of Hog Deluxe, he makes the bags I assume. Upon my order being placed I was told about 3 weeks turn around time. I knew it would take longer and it has now been 5 weeks. I will remain patient as I want a set of their bags. I think they are the best looking and the quality looks excellent.
I agree that your wait time is way beyond what should be expected and I would be bent also. As has been said call your credit card company.
I know they monitor what is being said here as it states on their website to check them out on this forum. I wish they would post here to what the delay is and be up front on the turn around time from when an order is placed. They are just a small Mom and Pop shop but honesty goes a long way.

Dispute the Credit Card charge.
Also contact a Moderator or someone who runs this site and complain about one of their Sponsors.
