Default 42" cholos coming my way can't wait.

Just ordered my 42" cholos with removable tips and baffles for my 08 deluxe. Got them from M&M cycles for a great price. Now I get to wait 4-6 weeks for them and that's the crappy part. Anyone else hate shelling out hundreds of dollars and having to wait weeks for your stuff. I know the wait will be worth it though. Shotgun shock next then the Carlinis and wheels.

No waiting, we keep production going and can ship same day.

Just looking at the shotgunshock.com site and see the bill me later option through PayPal. I may have to jump on that and get my air ride as well. Anyone ever used this option? Merry Xmas to me.

If you can swing it...it would be a good idea to do your air ride at the same time. It will save those 42's from undue road rash.

I've got 39" long tails on my sled and without my SS they'd probably be worn down to short tails by now.

Agreed, I have the 39" too and I couldn't even be able to get in and out of my driveway without the SS on it. Good luck and you won't be sorry if you go ahead and pull the trigger on them.

Thumbs down Samson's

Good luck! I ordered my 36" Samson's in October, I called them this week and they said 3 more weeks! Good thing it's winter now or I would have given up!( they didn't sound very convincing on the 3 weeks either)

That sucks!!! I have been holding off on ordering a set of Samsons just for that reason and the Samson tech on here isn’t that helpful either. I’m willing to wait on parts but when I’m shelling out $700 bones I’m kinda hesitant. I my just go with JD and get me some shotguns.

That is a bummer that there is still a wait on the Samsons. I thought the move was done and they would be all caught up by now.

A few years back DK Custom looked (very briefly) at moving to Spearfish, SD. The logistical challenges up that way were more than we wanted to deal with.

I hope they get get things rolling smoothly.

Santo, just my .02 but I would get the SS 1st anyway. I'm NOT trying to "brainwash" you but in my case I couldn't even get in and out of my driveway with my Samson's on and no SS. Just some food for thought.

Chances are you will be scraping the 42. Inch with or with out the shotgun when going out driveways I have 39 and have to lift my *** when leaving a drive way. The 21 inch front did not help any mine would scrape less if I had the 16 inch on the front the 21kind of gave it a little rake an 18 inch rear would have helped a bit
