I added the siren to my factory security system. Still don’t get why it wouldn’t come with one. $30 on EBay. Not sure I like it in chirp mode but hopefully it will help to keep me as the owner.

Thanks Dieselsoftail! Those pipes are Screamin Eagle mufflers for the Heritage Springer. Those end caps come off and they made different tips. I currently am running Fantail tips. The ones you see there are Fishtail tips.

Installed the carbon primary cover I made a while back. Just got it painted this week.

I have a 2018 Heritage. The siren is H-D siren ll I think. It mounts real close to where the factory one mounts under the seat. He sends directions with it. It is kinda of a pain to install on the Heritage

Installed footboard extensions from VTwin Goodies. $67 shipped. About an hour to install, taking my time. Moves the boards out 1.5". And also makes the forward section of the boards more accessible and comfortable to stretch out a bit.

Initially I was concerned that there would be a troublesome gap created between the boards and the engine. But there really isn't. It's only 1.5". In practice, my shoes / boots just span the gap and I can operate the controls just as before, as long as I'm willing to move my feet into the standard position to brake / shift, which feels normal to do and it works fine. When moving steady-state, I now have additional real-estate with really no downside. On my Fatboy Lo (Model S) the boards do scrape a little more when leaned in turns. But it's no big deal.

I recommend these if you want to spread things out a bit, both side-to-side and even forward.

Looks good to me. And it is supposed to be a "Fat" Boy after all. So now it's a bit wider than it used to be.
