Pretty sure you can "get" anything you want if you have the money. You aren't going to find an "off the shelf" swingarm that will get the frame that low. You will need to build it, or pay someone to build it for you.

Nothing at all. As a matter of fact, why not try it in abs plastic? easier to weld, and clearly less weight.

As you're setting up to "lay frame", what happens if you blow an air line in the Shotgun doing 70MPH?
It looked cool for Matt Hoch, but on a ridden bike, it's not practical.

Just bolt roller skate wheels to the bottom of the frame. Then if you lose air, just keep on rollin.
