Default Issues with rear pillion on Breakout?

Wondering if anyone else has experienced an issue with the rear pillion on their Breakout where the foam seperates from the pan (glue let go)? I have roughly 400 miles on the bike and obviuosly will get it replaced under warrantee, but curious if this is a common problem or not. Just a PIA right now because it stands up a bit high and feels sloppy.

Yes, mine was letting go but luckly it was hot and with help from the strap (hand hold) it semi stuck again, but noted the padding at the tail of the seat feels as if it has no padding. When I get a chance to take in it is one of my items to complain about.

Good to know I am not totally alone with this issue. New seat on order, so no issues with it being covered under warrantee.

The biggest issue with the pillion is the big *** bolts under it! I keep the pillion on just so those don't prod me
