Mounting bolts go through fender rails, 6 1/4 on center.

Lower mounting arm is riveted to the rear of the bag, and bolts on a bracket secured by the passenger peg.

Thank you for the pictures , these look like they might work on my 95 FLSTC.

One last question for you , could you please post or send me the dimensions of the bags? Most importantly when mounted on the bike , can you please measure how low they go. I just want to make sure that there is enough clearance for my Vance and Hines Long Shots that I have installed on my bike. The pipes go right out to the rear of the tire and I want to make sure the bags will not sit on the pipes.

Sorry to bother you with all this , I just really want to make sure they fit before pulling the trigger if you will.

Thanks

No problem. I have Vance and Hines Bigshots, which should be the same height as the longshots. My bags sit 1 5/8 inches over the end of the pipes, I would say you'll have 1 1/2 inch minimum clearance. The bags measure 23 inches long, 13 inches high, and 7 1/2 inches wide approximate. The bottom of the bag is about 1/2 inch above the axle nut, hope this helps.

Why don't you keep them. Get the saddle detach kit. In fact you can detach everything & make it a solo bike that looks just like the deluxe. Then once a year you can turn it back into taking the chick to a hotel bike.

You can even change your tail lights to the small cool looking deluxe lights.

I've got a mod plan in mind that doesn't include the stock bags. If I keep them they will just sit on a shelf, might as well let someone else who wants them get a good deal!

Still interested , but not sure of proper fitment onto my 95 FLSTC.

I do not have a metal extension on my passenger peg as you have shown in the pictures you uploaded that show how the lower bar is mounted to the bike.

You can see in the picture below that small extension is not there on my bike

Is that extension stock on your bike or is it something you added ?

Thanks and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

The lower mounting bracket comes stock on the Heritage, I don't know if you can add it to yours without seeing the mount. Also, the turn signals need to be relocated off the fender rail for the bags to fit. You would need to do some mods to make these bags work on your bike, something to think about if you decide you want them.
