Good Condition, comes with mounting brackets for both sides and one key for the locks. Does NOT come with any factory mounting hardware. Also for sale is a set of Cycle Visions Bare Backs quick release mounting hardware and cover caps. I had the Bare Backs on my Deluxe and ran the hard bags on them without the bottom brackets mounted. Travelled securely enough for extra clothes and a ditty bag. I'll sell the bags for $475 shipped and the Bare backs & caps for $125 shipped. Or $550 for the bags and the Bare Backs together.
