Absolutely Unacceptable!
I just received the headlight and preformed a bench test on it.
It does not illuminated when 12 volts dc is applied to it.
There is no perceivable way to dismantle the unit for reconditioning it's less-than-acceptable appearance and functionality.
This headlight is totally useless and I can not fathom way any one would offer it for sale in this condition.
Please refund the $30 to my PayPal account.
Your cooperation is most appreciated.

The headlight was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. The appearance of it's actual condition was not evident in the photos provided.
My intention was to disassemble it, recondition it, repair it and install it on a custom build.
The problem is that there is no discernible way to disassemble this aftermarket item.
In other words it can not be repaired and therefore should have never been offered for sale.
