Just picked these up hoping they'd fit around my big-*** bags, but they don't. The guy I bought them from said they came off an '04 Heritage. I looked up the guard for that year and came up with part # 49261-00A which look to be the ones I have.
There are very minute marks in the area where the bags would come in contact, see 2nd to last pic. $130.
