Negative. The mount bar is permanently attached to the back of the bags on these and will only connect to the strut with bolts. Hence the name bolt-on.
On the HD site there is a Fatboy removable listed (88306-07) but IMHO for $850 you could do a lot better like Hog Deluxe or Boss Bags.
