I have a set of hooker rebel longs slash cut for $140 shipped in the US. I had these on my bike for about 3 months and then swapped them for something else. The lower pipe has some scratches underneath from dragging on the road but you cannot see it unless you lay down and look under the pipe. The end of the lower pipe has a slight bend from backing into a curve at the tip. It can be made straight with a brass hammer, I just never got around to beating it straights as I swapped pipes again so soon. No baffles and they sound good. If you prefer baffles get some BCC baffles in them. These are tuned flow headers and provided my bike with a quite a nice amount of punch. Here is a pic of them on my ride. Will fit 00-01 softails. I don't know about the Rocker though. No 02 sensors ports.
