Chuck i think I'm gonna hang on to the rims and tires coming off for a while just in case I have any issues with the new wheels. So sorry guys no burnout blowouts for this guy.

 

mark i missed something...you getting new wheels??....so should i get new tires?...i dont do burnouts unless im rolling(dump clutch and go .....dont do standing ones...).....im thinking i can get some more miles outta her but need to think about new ones ...soon....love the metz but damn they dont last long going straight...lol..i do lean her over look at the chicken strip....but dang the centers fuced.....i need to move to the islands

That bike looks cool 2d but I wouldn't want the clutch on the shifter

 

The thing that surprised me about thqat bike was all the nice custom work on it and then the pic with the old crappy rear pegs with rustey mounts........

DB - lower the pressure a little..... I don't run my rear tire at full pressure for that same reason.

 

You guys will be officialy broke when you get into the motor for real.Wheels will look good Mark.Open a tiki bar at the pool that will bring in some cash.
I've got a 200 Avon on the back of the Sportster and it's showing signs of wear after 1800 miles.Those wide tires all suck for wear.I really haven't read or know anyone that gets any kind of mileage out of them.

I didn't like the clutch on the shifter either...

All gloss black with stainless nipples DB, thats the best pic could find while I was looking for them. I ghot the tires ordered yesterday... so hopefully in about 3 weeks everything gets here... Just like having a second xmas this year... lol
