i would mount it on the side in a heart beat but the cops over here have apparently been nailing people for side mounts like the way you guys run em. Being the first thing they noticed when behind you, I don't want to give them any more reason to pull me over. I haven't pulled over yet since all this bikie **** has been going here, but I'm told there's a good chance they'll make me strip on the side of the road to take photos of my tattoos and make a file on me. I don't like the sound of them having a file on me and pictures of my tattoos on record so I'm trying to avoid this until it cools down around here.

I'm pretty sure you can fit it to the side but it can't be sideways and it has to be so far to the rear of the bike as to be able to be seen at a certain distance back on the opposite side. From my understanding it practically has to be as far back as almost the rear of the tyre....kinda defeats the purpose

 

Been tossing some ideas area want to do some changing digging the speedo blackout console and different ignition switch maybe from a sporty
