Rush 3" Balogna Cut Slipons with 2" Baffles on a 2011 Sportster Low XL1200L. Wow...it is loud. I am now a happy camper. Nice workmanship but took a while to ship/receive. Much louder and better sound than the 3" SEIIs and the 2.5" slip ons previously posted.

You will like them even better once you put the TTI's in. I would try the W158's first. If you do the W258's you may want to angle them a bit.
Either way, you going to get a nice bump in power, AND w/ some experimenting with the angle, have the same or better sound you like.

Great sound! I thought you would like the Rush best.

I installed the 158s
I will PM you to take this off the thread.

Kevin, please let me know when you come out with a W225 and I will pick that one up too...seriously. It would be a perfect fit for the 2" baffles and a good fit for the 2.25" baffle without having to angle the TTI in a 3" pipe.
I have all three of your TTI's mainly for experimenting....and because I did not size them correctly to my pipes. The W158s are too small for the 2" baffles...its like when I installed the W118 in my 2.5" slip-ons. The W158 in the 2.5" pipe (2.25" ID) was a good fit and made a noticeable difference in performance.

My DP Customs pipe cracked twice at the bracket. Time for something new.

Off topic, but what speedo do you have?

The speedo is the Dakota Digital multi guage. It's a great little piece and easy to install.

Installed DK Customs Thunder Torque Inserts W258 in my 3" Rush Slip-ons with 2" baffles. Better torque but quiet down the pipes some.

We did some experimenting with a set of one-off slip-ons last week...found that with those particular slip-ons, on that particular bike, that at about 40 degrees they delivered the best power, and the sound was quite a bit "better" (to our ears) than when the TTI's were at the "flat" positioning.

Try turning them 10 degrees at a time...until you find the spot that gives the combination of sound and power that you want.
