i don't hate it as much as i though i would.

tune updated for injectors.. started right up. all good

swapped out the plugs to the old stock 6R12s because the dealer likes throwing away good plugs when the bike goes on the dyno. dropping it off at the local dealer tomorrow for adjustments to the tune. haven't spoken to doc to see if he is up and running after the storm.

i may still visit Home Depot to get a few fittings to reduce the spread on the hoses.

Ok, so I'll play along (think multihdrdr)

cvaria: "Hey HD man, got any -6A/N fittings in a 45degee?"

HDman: "Huh???"

cvaia: "nevermind....."

that bump around 4K seems weird.

The whole deal is weird. There are many strange changes in there. I haven't ridden it yet. Tq took a beating in a few places and it looks like if the rev limiter was set at 7.5, there would be more hp.

freebie=low effort level maybe... not really beefing. Hammer says this was to be expected, according to their findings anyway.
fun times.

edit: tech is sending me an overlay to make it easier to spot the oddballness.

bike is back in my clutches. feels stronger up top, chart doesn't agree but, it definitely feels and sounds different like it's not about choke at 6.5-7k.

i have some soul searching to do about the theater pipes. i couldn't do it before when i had found the most outrageous deal on a brand new Bassani RR2MP/1X22RB for $400 from some random dealer. i love my grenades but, is 7.5 hp worth trading the happiness and ruckus for....
