Hi All,

I just picked up a "Barn Find" 1985 Roadster with only 3548 original miles. I have been trying to do some research and see they discontinued that model in 85. I have seen some postings that there were only 640 or 617 made that year??? does anyone have any further information on this? Thanks!

 

Ooooo PICS PICS!!! Lol. If I wasn't about haul 90k lbs down the road I'd definitely look into that info for ya. If no one has chimed in by the time I'm done work I'll see what I can dig up.

 

Harley production around then was a fraction of what it is today, so total numbers of all models was low. There were only three different Sporty models for that year, all 1,000cc.
