torque specs for starter mounting bolts

Default torque specs for starter mounting bolts
does anyone know the correct torque for the starter mounting bolts inside the primary on a 2001 sportster? the manual says 13-20 in lbs which seems incredibly light...thoughts? also, can the whole be helicoiled once stripped?

My Service Manual says 13-20 FOOT lbs.
