Default New to HD family

I am new to the Harley family. I have had sport bikes years and years ago. But,I recently purchased a 2016 forty eight with less than 500 miles on it. It had a few mods already done. From what I know: Roland Sands air cleaner, some handlebars with a higher rise and a V&H two into 1.
I have a few questions:
1) I am wanting to go with drag bars as I do not care for these too much. Quote I received from the dealer was 6 hours of labor plus parts. That seems very high. The bars I want are under $100 I believe, and I don't really want to drop $700 for labor. Seems straight forward, right? In looking at the ones I have now, I don't think they had to modify / replace any cables. I think I will give this a try. Is it worth it/, or am I wrong in thinking its fairly straight forward?
2) The exhaust is loud, which I like. But, I prefer a black exhaust. Any advice? Should I just get the black version of these? Also, these are listed as V&H comp series, which in researching it states, not legal for on road use or something. Does that seem right?
3) Anyone make a decent precut tank and fender wrap? I am wanting to go either matte gray or black.
4) Anyway to tell if it was just the air cleaner the prev owner installed?

2016 Forty eight

Any help is appreciated

Welcome from SW Mo. I ride an 06 1200 and put drag bars on and it's an easy swap. Nice bike by the way. Love those 48's

This seems right. I just went from stock bars to Biltwell Chumps and it was around $800 total. I had to get a few new lines because of the rise of the new bars. The dealership here says if the change is 4'' or more from stock they swap cables. What is the rise on those bars?
