Hello old chap and welcome to HDF, from somewhere not so far away! There is only a limited range of sizes for those tyres and I don't see any of them that will suit your bike. Confirm what year your bike is, so we can check closely. If you have fat 16" tyres on both wheels then the answer is definitely no.

 

 

All I did was check Metzeler's website. There may be other brands with suitable similar styles of tyres. The reality is that the variety of tyre sizes available and suitable is quite limited, as indeed is the case for wheels. My SuperLow has a 17" front and I have a 17" rear on my Glide, both genuine Harley wheels (although those two don't match each other!), so it could possibly be done, but with a bit of effort and expense.
