Default Primary chain inspection cover torque

Today I was looking at my 2017 Sportster owners manual and it gives a torque setting of 100 to 120 in-lbs for the two screws that hold the primary chain inspection cover.
Now I am no brain surgeon but to me those torque settings seem way to high.
If I remember correctly there was a thread on this very subject a while back where a few guys broke their primary cover threads using the recommended torque settings and the thread gave the correct torque settings for these primary inspection cover screws. .Can anybody give me a link to this thread so I can get the correct torque settings for the primary chain inspection cover screws?

Just tighten gently by hand, there aren't any dynamic forces that will loosen it. Stripping the threads is more of a concern than a loose screw. Don't over ****-ize the torque recommendations on tiny screws. Always err on the loose side.
