Find another one to ride so you have something to compare.
A lot of dealers will let you ride one.

So True. I just bought a 2013 Sportster 1200 Custom from a guy that lives near me. Clean title, runs perfect not a scratch on it, 355 (Yes, 3-5-5) miles, already has a stage 1, for a fraction of the price!

Be careful financing that old of a bike. If you pay more then 3500 or so you will be upside down from an insurance perspective.. Yes rubber mounts shake.
