Default Trying to color match 2004 Sportster Blue

I've got a new bob fender I got from Throttle Addiction and I'm having a friend paint it. However when looking online I seem to having much luck matching the color, or at least one I would trust buying from a JPEG listed on a website. Anyone have suggestions? Here is a picture of the bike.

That sure looks like the Pacific Blue pearl from my 2007 but in 2004 it was called Impact blue pearl.
Here is the Color Rite page;
https://www.colorrite.com/product/ha...pearl-2005.cfm

When I needed some I had a local body supply company match it and put it in rattle cans for me, it wasn't a perfect match but very very close, be sure to clear it or it won't match very well at all.

My bike is red but lots of searching gave me the Harley name for my 07 red, but the PPG colour code did not use the word "pearl" in the description. The paint supplier told me that pearl is the code word for metallic?
Took a chance on a 100.00 CAD pint of water based red and the match is perfect, or very very close enough for a fender

First time with water based paint and was a lot easier than the paint supplier made out
