Default How many stage IV's here?

Just wondering how many folks are running stage IV kits so I know who to ask for questions/info.

Thx

Your best bet is to find a reputable tuner and/or Hammer Performance and ask them the questions you have. They see these builds on a daily basis and can be a great resource for information. Just remember to be honest with what exactly you want/need and they can recommend the best setup to suit your needs.

Yeah it seems there are not many that have done it.

Mine was built by the dealer and has the downloaded Harley map. It runs pretty good but definitely could be better. Im dropping the bike off today to have it dyno tuned by some pros.

Thx

I don’t have a stage number for my bikes. I suppose if they did they’d both be around a stage XIII.

How about a list of goods you have including the exhaust?

TimmyPage,

Your bike is an 883 to 1200 conversion?

Mine started as the 1200 so I should be up in the 90's for hp and 80's for torque.... we will see and I will be sure to post results. Should have the bike back tomorrow.

Yes, 2017 883 converted to a 1202.

I would think power should be about the same because they have the same engine but with different gear ratios, and any differences in power should be due to the different intake, exhaust, tuner, dyno accuracy. Just a guess.

I just checked out your YT channel, sweet bike!

HD claims the stage 4 kit for the 1200 produces close to 100hp. I am pretty sure I won't see that as a result however a stock 1200 puts out hp numbers in the mid 60's and HD claims the kit will increase power 52%, so even high 80's low 90's I believe is achievable. I read on another forum that guy with the same bike as mine (just different exhaust) was getting 83hp and 84torque tuning with a FuelPak3 so I am hoping getting a custom tune will be even better.

I guess tomorrow will tell all.
