Great looking bike. I love the sound of those Rush slip-on....I had the 2.25" baffles and it had a good low rumble like a harley should sound.

Just curious, why did you buy a "T" if you intended to take off all the touring stuff.....nonetheless, good job on your mods.

I had a 48 in the past.....but I wasnt ever comfortable....I wanted a super low.....but not an 883..... I like the wheels on this better than the custom and found a great deal on this one just a few miles from the house....I'm an old guy and this just fits my riding style better that the other Sportsters

thanks for the compliments....the chrome was in pretty sad shape as were the aluminum wheels....my index fingers on both hands were sore for 2 days......took me 3 days of polishing to get most of the oxidation off....good enough for now at least.....The bags were an ebay find....I think they cost me $32 for both of them shipped.
