I am in the process of buying a 2002 1200C sportster. The clutch needs to be adjusted. Pulled cover off and oil was coming out, about a 1/2 quart maybe more. The bike was upright and I was wondering if this is normal. My dyna does'nt do that and someone said the adjustment is the same. I am buying the bike this weekend and havent bought a manual yet, it;s first on the list. Just want to get it home first. I am assuming that it was over serviced. Now I will drain it and service it with 1 quart of oil if I am correct and I can service it thru the inspection panel if needed.
