I reached out to them and they said they didn’t think but then came and said probably. I got an 14 48

 

The air filter assembly on XL Sportster models used the same "Ham Can" shape from 2004 to 2015, EFI was introduced in 2007. In 2016 the XL883N and XL1200X lost the "Ham Can" filter housing for a round item.

So the short answer is yes, a carb filter will fit an EFI intake.
