Default question about swing arm

I'm putting a chrome swing arm on my buddies 04 C the prob is the swing arm is for a 05 and newer the only difference is the axle adjusters are different I'm wondering if i can buy the adjusters for a 05 and newer and put them on as long as the axle is the same diameter

I believe, the 04 has a 3/4" axle and the 05 a 1" axle.

Default RE: question about swing arm

I called the stealer today and ordered the wheel adjusters they said the axle were different but the wheel bearing are the same I'm hopping that the only difference is the size of the nut
