Default sportster fairings

what fairings do they make for the sportster?

ive seen a chin fairing for under the bike, which looks great and im getting one soon, and a kind of half bubble/dome fairing in the front. I know of one manufacture that makes a full coverage fairing to replicate the old harley racing bikes.

but i want to know if there are others? different style full or half fairings, also i want to see as many different styles as possible, also cafe racer fenders and seats, please!

the reason is, im building a 1990 sportster in the theme of Speed Racer and his Mach 5. laugh if you feel its funny, but it is going to look f*cking sweet when its done, all sleek and best of all fast!

thanks guys

not much, its more of an excercise in styling. Trying to get a hold of a V&H SSR2 exhuast and hypercharger AC with the infinity light cover in red. standard stage 1 is planned so far.

Just wondering.....The talk of a faster Sporty came up at work yesterday.A buddy I work with bought a plain Jane 1200 new in '98, built the motor, and did a custom black and orange HD race themed paint job. He had a HD quarter fairing on it, BTW. For a Harley, it was pretty stout. It dynoed right at 100 hp. He played with it a year or so and then sold it to my brother for about half of what he had in it. My buddy ordered him a new firefighter Glide in '01 and started modding it. I just learned yesterday that he sold the Glide, bought an 883, and has started tearing it apart to build another performance Sporty. I'd guess his engine will be about the same.....Buell heads, SE ignition, Andrews N8 cams, and so on. He said he is gonna paint this one with a VR paint job....black on one side and orange on the other.

I like the one's you can get from Harley...the dyna/sportster windscreen and the CR looking one. Both are pretty pricey though

what i have in my mind looks like your bike, just imagine all the blue parts being white, and cast rims powdercoated red, and a cafe style fender and seat, with a hypercharger AC and V&H SSR2 exhaust. also rear set pegs and clip on handlebars.

where did you get your front fairing, i like it. its not in my J&P catalog, but the chin fairing is.
