I've seen one on the forums back in like December. Hopefully, whoever did it will chime in because I've decided that I'd like to do it as well...... Once you get yours did, be sure to post some picks.

I have them on my XL 2007 Low and love them.

I put the 12” chrome air shocks like JRK5892 has, got them from e-bay for $130.00, delivered to my door.

My wife really loves them; she says the ride is much better than the stock shocks.

We have about 20,000 miles on them with no problems at all.

We had a used '07 1200R with Road King shocks on it... It was a good ride.... Seems like it would be different with a Nightster (or other low model) though.... Wouldn't it raise the azz end and change the look?

I used road king lowering air shocks on my 94 hugger. I love them. They are a bit bulky and require spacing the shocks out with a few washers to get clearance around the belt gaurd, as the shocks have about a 3 inch diameter at the rubber boot. I've tried progressive shocks before, and the air shocks were a huge improvement. Mine are actually aftermarket copies sold under the Ultima brand name available from Jireh Cycles.
