Default Air cleaner options

I'm up to my eyeballs in air cleaners. Want to upgrade my 1200C. I don't like the look of the stock oval cleaner but also would like a performance upgrade.

Anyone have suggestions, experiences? I'm thinking Arlen Ness ... http://www.arlenness.com/c-1322-chro...lter-kits.aspx

I already have the stage I updgrade and SE air cleaner ... do I have to go back to the dealer and get ripped off if I change to something else?

If you just want to change out the aircleaner you will not have to go back to the dealer to have them take it off. That's something you can do to save yourself some money. I have the Arlen Ness Big Sucker and i love the way the bike performes. Since you have the Stage 1 already i think the only thing you might need to do after you change aircleaners is do a remap for your new setup and things ahould be great. Installing your new aircleaner will save you some $$$ also.

This is the page if your thinking Ness. "Here" These don't have covers!

Dennis Kirk has Kits with covers "Here" The price isn't bad for a kit.

Ness, Force Winder and NRHS's Hurricane "Here" will give you the best bang for the buck.

Thanks. Did you notice any performance upgrade over what you had? Do you have a pic?

Anyone have pic of pic of Ness Bick Sucker without a cover? Was thinking of going in that direction to save some $ but was curious what it looks like ...
