This is what you want. Go to the last one on the page. It is the weld-on hartail for the 04 and up models. They also have full frames for the 04 and up models as well.

 

Mine is Kansas Kustoms, after seeing a led sled weld on and the kansas kustom weld on in front of me I went with KK because the welds looked better and Bill has quality service. Also I liked the lines of the bike more once it was on.

 

Ledsled has a redesigned weld on hardtail that gets rid of the 90* post like on the previous design. But the three main companies that I have seen and heard good things about are Kansas Kustoms, Ledsled and bitter end.
