I have a 1995 Hlh 883 and it has been sitting for nearly a year. I know, not cool. But, I re-charged the battery and replaced the spark plugs and still no go. It just makes a clicking noise when I press the engine starter. No attempt to fire up at all. Any ideas of what it could be?

 

Dead battery or loose battery cables or ground, or both.
