I like how you have the speedo mounted on the side. Would you be able to share some better pictures of it and maybe explain how you did that?
thanks,

hi chris, I used Autometer bracket. It is a $12 part, and I mounted it to the tank bolt. But I think it looks like crap. The bracket has to be angled in a way so it doesn't hit the forks on full left turn. I'm saving up for a Joker machine clamp, or just going back the original route to the handlebar clamp speedo. side mount was not as cool as i thought. A.U.B. Another useless bolt-on

i also like to add that the spring struts by spitfire motorcycle are amazing. They completely cleaned up the back end, and give it the look of struts, while providing a slightly "better" ride. For only $150 they are a steal compared to the already overpriced hard tail struts out there, which is just a bar w/ two hols. I give them two thumbs up, i am in no way affiliated with spitfire cycles.

P.S.: I'm selling an extra pair of these struts in black color at 11.3" eye to eye, for $80

Thanks for the info and input. I found the thread you started on the Joker clamps.

Now that I have enough posts, I figure I will post pictures of my bike so far. I bought it new in March 2011. As of now the only things done is the seat, intake and exhaust. but from joining just a few weeks ago I can already tell that there will be more mods to come.
