I don't, and I'll say that it's a bad idea that you will soon regret. Get a fender-mount or throwover, you'll be much happier.

Whats the down side? The throw overs look like they'll scratch the hell out of the mirror finish on my fender. I don't want to make a road cruiser out of her, just want a place to throw a couple wrenches, an allen key set and some light rain gear.
Thanks for your time.

Looks like that might work. Have you heard of La Rosa? Good stuff?

The BIG downside for a bag, mounted on the swing arm, is dirt & road grime.
Of course, if Starbucks and back once a week is a big ride, then it probably won't matter.

The nearest starbucks is a small road trip from here cowboy, overpriced bitter brew that it is. A little dirt ain't gonna hurt some cheap tools and a frog suit. Thats it dirt?

No, the downside is that it is off-center, unbalanced, unsprung weight, and will kill performance and handling.

I just bought a LaRosa tool bag and solo bag for my 48 last week and like them so far. Appear to be great material and well made. The tool bag was $60 and the solo bag was $130 on ebay. You can get them in different materials(reg leather, distressed, alligator, ostrich, etc) for $5 more I believe.
