Anyone have a close up picture of the OE license plate bracket on a 2007 1200 custom?Trying to see how it installs on the bike.

 

Don't have picture. Just changed my wifes to a lay down. Cut and dry though. 3 bolts with nuts.

 

Trying to figure out how the two black metal brackets attach to each other.

 

I remember scratching my head the first time I had to deal with it. I used a "z" shaped screwdriver to get to the 3 screws in the fender. It just takes a little patience. Tape your paint around the bracket if you'd like.
