It's definately not a garage queen. I say ride it till it falls apart.

Looks like you put some good miles on that.

Doesn't take many miles. Just a lot of water in the air and on the roads. Took mine out today, beautiful sun, darn cold. Had to cruise around and check out all the flood damage around Hood Canal.

You're telling me. I wash my bike once a year probably. No point when as soon as you go two blocks and you have mud and dirt all over it again. The rusting is what bothers me. Oh well....I don't really see moving out of the PNW anytime soon
|
I see what you did there......Rust Mod.....
|
Yeah, welcome to Western Washington. Lol...

I think it still looks cool dirty...
I hope it's just the weird angle, but it looks like the weld in this pic is cracked. (up high) http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5210/...b90da39c_b.jpg |
Yeah, I feel ya. After 10 years in Portland you should have seen my Ironhead. I made the move to the high desert, I have gotten more clear riding days, but the snow is killing me. At least the temp is better in the rain. Keep the rubber side down.

It didnt rain today. I enjoyed the 21 degree 75 mile ride to work this morning, and the 35 degree trip home.
Thats why they make new ones. When the parts start falling off, sell it on CL, and go buy another. |
